Refund policy

At Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may receive a product that is damaged or not as described. In such cases, we offer a full or partial refund at the discretion of our website management.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

Please note that refunds or replacements will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or replacement request.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement request within 10 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria, the refund amount will be initiated within 7 days to your original payment method.

We take great care to ensure that our products are of high quality and securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a refund or replacement process.
